funda para castañuelas

Me encargaron que hiciera una funda para castañuelas, como reseña me dijeron, "que sea bonita, que no sea muy folclórica y para hombre". Esto es lo que se me ocurrió. Como debía ser austera, pero no sosa, se me ocurrió bordar sobre ella "estoy mas contento que unas castañuelas". A quien iba dirigida le encantó.

Somebody asked me to make a cover for castanets and he told me "I want it to me nice but not too "folclorica" and it should be made for a man".  This is what I came out with.  It needed to be austere but not bland.  I decided to embroider upon it " I am happier that a pair of castanets".  The person that asked me to make the cover loved it!

monedero

Monedero de apertura de fleje, nunca había tenido un monedero con ese tipo de cierre, una amiga me enseñó uno hecho por ella y me dije que probaría a hacerlo, compré el fleje y "voila", con un poco de maña, una telita y un fleje, ha salido lo que veis. Es muy cómodo porque tanto la apertura como el cierre se hace con una sola mano.

This is an open purse strap.  I have never had one purse with this type of closure.  A friend showed me one made by her and I said I would try to do one myself.  I bought the strap and "voila" with a bit of banter, one piece of cloth and a strap, you can see what I made. It is very comfortable because you can open it and close it with just one hand.

neceser

Otro neceser, sacado de una web alemana, no entiendo nada de la explicación pero se intuye todo con las imágenes. También muy bonito para regalar, llegan las navidades y tendremos que ir preparando con tiempo todos los presentes para amigos y familia.

Another toiletries bag taken from a German web site.  Although I don't understand anything regarding the explanations, the images were easy to follow.  It will make a very nice present for friends and family, specially now that Christmas season is getting closer.

Amigurumis

Pequeños animales hechos a crochet que hacen las delicias de los mas pequeños. De Peppa Pig no encontré patrón, después de muchas pruebas conseguí sacarlo, era una petición expresa de mis sobrinos pequeños y no les podía fallar, si alguien lo necesita, que me deje un mensaje y se lo enviaré.

Small animals made ​​of crochet will make children very happy. I was not able to find a pattern for Peppa Pig but after many trials I finally got the pattern.  This was a special request from my younger nephews and I could not disappoint them.  If anyone needs the pattern, please leave me a message and I will send it your way.

Mi nueva máquina de coser

Os presento mi super-mega máquina, es un regalo de uno de mis hermanos y mi cuñada , estoy contentísima con ella, no estaría mas feliz si me hubieran regalado un Mercedes. Me he decidido por esta máquina porque es de fabricación sueca, la gran mayoría de marcas mas conocidas se fabrican en China y eso me da pocas garantías. No paro de enredar en ella, estoy haciendo cosas muy bonitas que ya os enseñaré.. 

I would like to introduce to you my super-mega sawing machine.  It is a gift from my brothers and my sister in law.  I am super happy with the machine.  I couldn't be happier even if I would have gotten a Mercedes Benz.  I choose this sawing machine because it is made in Sweden.  Most well known brands are made in China and that does not give me a lot of guarantees.  I can't stop playing with it!  I am making lovely thing with the sawing machine that you will be able to see in my blog soon.

Me he hecho este bolso para transportar los utensilios del patchwork de un lado para otro, los pobres no paran, allá donde voy vienen conmigo para aprovechar cualquier ratito.

Le he llamado bolso otoñal, ya estoy pensando en hacer otros tres mas con motivos de las otras estaciones, así voy cambiando.

I made this bag to carry all my patchwork utensils.  They go with me everywhere I go, poor things! 

I called this bag Autumn's Bag.  I am thinking to make three more for every season of the year!

Colcha hecha por Maribel para su hija, colcha e hija se encuentran en Alemania. Exportamos talentos, el de su hija y  arte, el de la madre. Es preciosa, esperemos que algún día nos deleiten con una visión completa de ella.

Maribel made this quilt for her daughter, both the quilt and the daughter are now in Germany.  We sure do export talents, Maribel's daughter and Marbiel's art.  The quilt is beautiful and we hope to see it again soon.
